After being revitalized with a vision and stronger purpose, about.google now thrives as a vibrant global brand communications platform.

  • Brand ambassador about.google is designed to be the fresh face of Google, courting a newer younger audience, while still retaining the loyalty of existing ones. It also sets the benchmark for other Google sites worldwide, in terms of UX and aesthetics.
  • Scalable UX and technical infrastructure Established a modular design system ensuring consistent UX for tens of thousands of pages across 25+ locales. This approach enabled swift development for urgent communication needs around the globe.
  • Vibrant brand editorials Led the creative of digital brand content, including a specific editorial design system that supported the global creation of 200+ stories.

Initiated “Shorts” storytelling format to build off of our mobile audience learnings and increase our ability to create more branded content.

  • No locales left behind Invested time and effort in local markets to expand the global footprint of the site. This gave local markets a new way to directly connect with their audiences.
